Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed under your property's account is your sole responsibility. X-PERT is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, X-PERT reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance. We will provide advance notice for any significant downtime that may affect your hotel operations.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if there is a violation of these terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or any illegal activity conducted through the system.
Limitation of Liability
X-PERT HOTEL SYSTEM is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
